THE TECHNICAL STUFF
Art Retro invites and encourages customers to pick up their purchases from our West Auckland location.
Where this is not practical, we package and freight your order via Fastway Couriers.
We normally custom mount and frame items to order. This takes about two weeks but if we can supply the item off the shelf then delivery will be 2-3 days.
Please Note – we are currently servicing only the New Zealand domestic market.
Packaging and Freight Costs:

These prices are based on shipping single items. Multiple items can be combined to save freight but weight restrictions do apply.
Saturday delivery, if requested, incurs an additional surcharge of $6.50 but is only available to certain major metropolitan destinations.
Important Note – Rural Freight:
Delivery to a rural address incurs a surcharge of $6.50 on top of normal freight cost.
All shipped items are packed with corner protectors and shipped in sturdy flat corrugated cardboard boxes. Whilst transit damage is rare, if your item arrives damaged contact us immediately for further instructions.
Payment is required at the time of purchase.
If picking up, payment may be made by cash, Eftpos, debit card, Visa, or Mastercard.
If purchasing online, payment may be made by direct credit to our bank account before despatch.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, let us know first. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and most issues can be sorted quickly and easily by phone or email.
